1st Course

Home made tomato and celery soup
served with warm crusty bread

Red mullet on a bed of sauté potatoes
with basil sauce

Chicken pate served with Melba toast
and onion chutney

Mixed chicken and lamb skewers
served on a Moroccan couscous

2nd Course

Passion fruit sorbet

3rd Course

All served with chef’s potatoes and a selection of vegetables

Lamb shank served with a creamy mashed potato
drizzled a with rosemary and onion gravy

Chicken wrapped in Parma ham and smothered
with a Valentines sauce

Vegetable paella with warmed bread

Tender whole plaice kissed with
dill butter

St Valentine pork medallions placed on crushed potato
and mustard sauce

4TH Course

Baked banana split

Raspberry and white chocolate mousse

Eaton mess

Chocolate cheesecake

Cheese board and celery
